How is order processing?
Usually, we will process the order within 24 hours, after an order has been taken and the payment has been completed, we will confirm and start to make the customized version doll.
We would usually expect to make the doll within 1-2 weeks, after which we perform a quality control check and then ship it.
In short, Most areas between 12-20 working days are the normal time for a doll delivery.
Due to holidays, festivities, or unavoidable circumstances, delays may occur during the manufacturing or shipment of the product.
How to track an order with SEDOLL account?
After an order has been shipped, you can track your packages on sedoll.com. From your personal SEDOLL account, you can find tracking information in your order details. If an order includes multiple items, each may have separate delivery dates and tracking information.
Here are 3 steps of the order account: Processing, In production, Shipped.
“Processing“-You will see this status in the order account when you finish the payment, we will confirm the details of the doll, and then make it for you.
“In Production“-The lovely doll is being made by our professional factory workers.
“Shipped“-Usually the status would change to “Shipped” after the parcel is dispatched from China.
How to track an order without SEDOLL account?
To search for your shipment, you can directly track it by using the tracking number you received from us. Mostly we will ship your doll through FedEx or DHL express.
